The “L” Family

The first time I met this family, well, they weren’t a family. They were a boy and a girl who fell in love. With a simple ring placed on a finger they were “soon to be married“.

The next time I saw them, she was wearing a beautiful white dress and he was looking dapper in a suit. A walk down the aisle, again, rings on fingers, and promises exchanged and they were “husband and wife“.

It wasn’t too long after that “big” day, when I met up with them again–she was glowing with a bump of expectation and the couple was wide eyed with excitement for all the unknowns ahead.

Weeks later, I met them again. This time, the bump was gone and instead, a tiny little baby rested in their couples arms.

A few weeks ago, I met up with them again and that tiny baby I met last year? Well, he’s not so much baby anymore. He stole my heart in a moment and, as the images reveal, he steals the heart of anyone who looks that him.

Brenner and Anna, it has been a tremendous joy and an incredible privilege to see your love and your family grow. Thank you for allowing me to witness it all.
