Anna & Brenner and Baby “L”

Just shy of a year ago, Chad and I stood among the friends and family of Anna and Brenner as they promised their lives together. As we drove away from their beautiful wedding day we felt such joy at witnessing the community of support that surrounded them. We were in awe of the beautiful life they already had, and during that day, we fell alongside of those who love and support this couple. To know them is to love them. To know them is to cheer for them.

We love them. We cheer for them.

What began as two, will very soon turn to three. For now, they wait in anticipation. The kind that compares to no other. The waiting, the nerves, the excitement, the mix of fear and exhilaration. These precious days that they will soon look back on and wonder, what did we do before he/she arrived?

Anna and Brenner, congratulations on the beautiful journey on which you are about to embark. I can’t imagine two better people for such a blessing. . .
