It was somewhere around 453 degrees when I met up with Drew for his senior portraits–give or take a few degrees. You might think this would bother someone who spends a whole lot of time on ice, but he handled it was no big deal. Drew is a hockey player and has been on the ice from his earliest memories. I’ve never seen Drew in skates on the ice, but if he’s half as comfortable on the ice as he was in front of the camera, I would not want to get in his way.
Drew is laid back, chill, friendly, and easy to work with. It was easy to see that he is comfortable in his own skin. He feels the tug many high school seniors feel–the tug of what’s next. There are so many roads that could be traveled how does one choose? Spending an evening with him, it was clear that no matter what road he chooses and will dive right in and enjoy the ride.
Drew, congratulations on your senior year. I wish you all the best as you continue to travel, step by step, the road ahead of you.
Ahh… so proud to be his aunt! ♥️ Love you, Drewby! ?
