Jeff & Suny Are Married

A wedding day unfolds much like a marriage. You can plan all you want, but you never know exactly what will happen until you walk through it. We arrived for Jeff & Suny’s wedding day and shielded our eyes against the bright sunshine that bathed the venue in the morning. The day acted as it wanted, though, and offered us clouds and rain and more sunshine and then thunder and lightening and more clouds and more sunshine. Ohio summers as unpredictable as life, Jeff and Suny walked through the changes with the grace and ease that define their character.

Jeff and Suny’s meeting happened years ago in the most unpredictable of ways and they have been building a beautiful life together ever since. Their day was filled with laugher and love and the support of strong network of family and friends–and the best dancing grandfather I’ve ever seen. Jeff and Suny desired simple wedding surrounded by those who have walked with them through life. Their Day One was as fun as Jeff and Suny are and it was a joy for us to document it at Berlin’s new Encore Hotel.
