When Anna and Brenner arrived at our location for their shoot we paused for quick introductions before Anna looked down at her hand and realized, I forgot my ring!. She looked at Brenner and without missing a beat he dutifully turned back toward the car to drive back to his house to collect the ring that Anna had left behind. Chad and I looked at each other and smiled because this is the type of scenario that happens to us more often than I’d like to admit. However, Brenner’s quick response and Anna’s sweet laughter and apology made us love them immediately. These are two people who love each other, who know each other, and accept each other just as they are. Relationship. . . just as it should be.
We met up with Brenner and Anna on a cold, cold, cold afternoon. It was cold. I mean, really cold. Anna and Brenner, though? They were troopers. They spent the afternoon walking, laughing, and being the wonderfully unique couple they are. They were easy together, relaxed together, and being with them was, well, easy and relaxing. The love that they share was as evident as their joy and being with them (almost) made us forget how incredibly cold it was.
Anna and Brenner, congratulations on your engagement! We are so excited for your big (and much warmer) day this summer!
