Oh you lucky people!! I love a snow day and we never get snow like that in Istanbul. It just seems to clear everything up and freshen your thoughts. I love the pops of colour in these pictures. The compositions and the different snowy textures are completely marvelous. And the close ups of your daughters and cinematic: so full of story and emotion and epic beauty. How cool to have a birthday balloon in the snow too. Perfect!!
this is so fabulous. I loved every single second of it. It really makes me miss Ohio. We got excited here in Mississippi because we got like .10 inch of snow. hahaha I LOVE the color pops against all that white! I'm just like you with snow days — guess I never grew out of it!! So fun for Meadow to get to have a day with everyone for her birthday. Little blessings. <3

Happy Birthday to Meadow. I just love that huge balloon, and she looks like she is going to get swallowed up in all that snow. I love the snow days, they are definitely a bonus, however not the biggest fan of the cold wet snow itself. As always your words are just the icing on the cake on these beautiful images. Happy Birthday Ms Meadow. What a special treat. I like a snow day – but longer than a day and I am not happy. It is too cold. I am complaining down south that it is chilly – I cannot imagine what it is like up your way. I love how the balloon stands out against the snow. Happy Birthday Meadow! Such fun!!! I love this, "I love when we get snow days (or as I like to call them "bonus days".) It's kind of like finding a $20 bill left in your winter coat from last winter. Or receiving a card in the mail from a friend "just because"." You have a beautiful outlook on life. Your children are so lucky!
