There are people in this world who exude kindness. There are others in the world who exude gentleness. And there are others in the world who exude genuineness. What a gift it is to meet someone who exudes all three. Garret is one of those people. A person who has his feet firmly planted on the ground. Who knows who he is and quietly walks his own path. A person who, simply by being who he is, makes being around him easy.

Garret, it is a pleasure to know you. You are a gift to this world. And it brings me great hope to know that there are people like you walking into the future. I wish you all the best as you dive into your last year of high school and wade into all the unknowns ahead. I have no doubt, the skies are the limits.
