Coleson

I am not sure there is any part of my job that I love more than seeing incredible people in different seasons of their lives. Sure, the pictures are fun, but getting a (sort of) front row seat to the changing and growing of families is an absolute gift.

We first met Wade and Skye when they were among the bridal party of Wade’s sister. There are some people you just click with and Wade and Skye were two of those people. Back in those days Skye was in school and they were waiting, waiting, waiting until their time would come to become Mr. and Mrs.

Chad and I were so happy to be there on their wedding day–to see how much they are loved, to see how much they love each other. Several months ago I met up with them again, when the belly of anticipation had grown and the excitement to meet their newest family member was almost too much to carry.

Finally, the day came and with a beautiful story of arrival, Wade and Skye welcomed their sweet baby boy, Coleson, into their lives. Forever changed? Of course. Still the same incredible people? Absolutely.

Wade and Skye, thank you for inviting me into your home to capture these moments with your sweet boy. Coleson is an absolute doll and he is so blessed to have the two of you to guide him through life.
