Confession: I was nervous beyond words for this session. Like, I-think-I’m-going-to-puke-I-can’t-do-this-I-may-pass-out-or-have-a-heart-attack nervous.
(I feel better when I just say it out loud.)
Photographing another photographer is on my list of “things to avoid” due to the above feelings.
However, from her initial contact, Abbey was so lovely I knew I had to meet her.
Like many photographers, she is most accustomed to being on my side of the camera. Being the wise woman she is, though, she decided it was time that she step into the frame.
Abbey, her husband and her two sweet boys were so kind and inviting and I was honored to step into their home and capture the love and the fun they share.
Put simply, I. loved. this. family.
Abbey, thank you for inviting me to do this. . . I’m so thankful to have met a new friend.
