Baby “H” Is On The Way

I have known Kristina for, well, more years than I care to think about.  My sisters childhood best friend, Kristina’s home was the second home to my little sister and they grew up side by side for many of their childhood years.   I often wondered if my sister had been adopted by Kristina’s family.  As life goes, years pass, lives change, and I haven’t seen Kristina since the year she and my sister graduated high school.  My how times have changed.

I visited Kristina and Josh last week to document their love and their anticipation as they prepare for the arrival of their newest family member.  Married just over a year, these two openly express the feeling they share that they are living in a dream.  The pair worked hard together this year building their new home on a beautiful sprawling land that will no doubt provide a backdrop for many family memories in the years to come.  I heard the story of how their love began quietly years ago and after many years and miles of separation, they found themselves together again. Life is, by all accounts, as it should be.

The love that these two share will, most certainly, provide a beautiful foundation for the arrival of Baby “H”. Josh and Kristina, I am so happy for the both of you and all that you have experienced this year.  I wish you all the best as you welcome Baby “H” in the world.
